Consultation fees and puja service fees are non-refundable once the service has been imparted or rendered.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' advance notice to reschedule a puja or consultation session. Requests made with shorter notice may not be accommodated, as the time and resources for your service will already have been set aside.
If a client does not arrive for a scheduled session, or cancels after the preparation has already begun, the fee will not be refunded. We dedicate time, energy, and spiritual preparation to each appointment, and a no-show or late cancellation represents that committed effort.
Any digital or downloadable spiritual content is non-refundable once it has been accessed. Because these items can be viewed or saved immediately upon delivery, we are unable to offer refunds after access has been granted.
The fees you pay cover the time, effort, and spiritual preparation that go into each consultation and puja. Once this work has begun — including the setting of intentions, arrangement of materials, and dedication of the practitioner's time — it cannot be reversed, and the fee cannot be returned.
